Design

The building’s design is inspired by its surroundings.
The location directly at the waterfront, the views over
Amsterdam from the upper floors and the raw, creative
character of the immediate surroundings make this a
unique location. Hence the choice was made for sleek
lines and robust materials such as glass, steel, wood and
concrete

Ambition

The municipality of Amsterdam, in collaboration with various owners, has developed a vision for the future for Overamstel. The ambition is to transform this area in the coming years from an old-fashioned industrial estate to an inspiring mixed living and working area.

On the one hand, Overamstel will be built more densely due to various developments, while on the other hand space will be reserved for greenery.
